Common questions
Do I have to type in the whole report?
No. Attach the PDF, then add the handful of findings you actually plan to act on. The rest is still in the file when you want it.
What if I already fixed some of it?
Log those as completed work. A finished item with a date and a receipt is the half of the record you’ll want later.
Is this only for houses?
No. A condo or an apartment works the same way — track what’s yours to maintain, and check your lease for the rest.
Do I need to do it all at once?
No. Three findings today is a better record than none, and the fourth can wait until you get to it.
